System Entry

Written Testing is done on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Tuesdays of the month
from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

Please contact the EMS Office at 847-618-4480 to schedule your appointment.

Please make sure your SOP Self-Assessment is completed prior to arriving for your testing appointment.
