Illinois Offering New EMS License Plates

 Illinois is now offering a specialized license plate that will benefit the families of EMS personnel who die in the line of duty.  The state will begin issuing the plates once they have received 1,500 requests. The Illinois Secretary of State Office currently has about 650 requests.  It is so important that EMS gets this recognition and that these plates are on the road.
