• 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection, 250 mL
• Lot 16-031-JT may be followed by 01 or 02; Expiration date: 1 APR 2014
• Lot 11-063-JT may be followed by 01 or 02; Expiration date: 1 NOV 2013
