Elk Grove Village long term save

Elk Grove's crew

 Elk Grove Village had a long term cardiac save in January 2012. The patient was a 44 y/o male with a history of  multivessel CAD.  The Crew was able to successfully resuscitate him.  He  had CABG x3 10 days after admit.  A job well done!  Congratulations to:  E.
