Education

Education is a key component to the success of any EMS system. We are proud of the collaborative process that is the mainstay of our program. The system provides monthly education that covers the new National EMS Education Standards. The Education Committee works to ensure that there is input from providers and hospitals, as well as following the rules of the Illinois Department of Public Heath. The committee meets the first Tuesday of every other month at Northwest Community Hospital with the rooms to be determined. Please check the Event Calendar for specific dates and locations.
